License Agreement

By purchasing any product or source code from BoilerShelf, you are agreeing to the terms of this license. All our products are licensed, not sold. Our licensing models are designed to give developers, startup founders, and indie hackers maximum freedom while protecting our creators' intellectual property.

This is the standard license granted to you for every single purchase, unless specified otherwise.

This license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide right to:

• Create one single production project (personal or commercial) for yourself or for one client.
• Modify and customize the source code as needed for that project.
• Deploy the compiled project to production under a single domain.

If you purchase a bundle or a multi-project license (where explicitly offered), it grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide right to:

• Create multiple production projects (personal or commercial) for yourself or for clients.
• Modify, reuse, and customize the source code across any number of websites or applications.

• Building commercial SaaS products, micro-SaaS, or tools that generate revenue.
• Building client applications, where you charge a client for the final product (the client does not receive the raw boilerplate source code; they receive the finished product).
• Creating open or closed-source builds of your application, as long as the source code of the underlying boilerplate is not redistributed publicly.

• No Redistribution: You cannot redistribute, resell, share, lease, sublicense, or donate the source code or assets of the template, even in modified forms.
• No Open-Source Boilerplates: You cannot publish the boilerplate code to public repositories (e.g., GitHub, GitLab) where others can access and download it. All repositories containing our source code must be private.
• No Multi-Client reuse with a Single License: You cannot use a Single-Project license to build sites for two separate clients. Each client project requires a separate license.

This license is active until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the source code and delete all copies in your possession.
